Heat Pumps Aberdeen is a lead generation and referral service that connects homeowners in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire with trusted, MCS certified heat pump and solar installers. We are an introducer only — we are not a heat pump or solar installation company and we do not carry out installation work ourselves.

2. Our Role

When you submit an enquiry through this website, you are requesting to be connected with a local MCS certified installer who will contact you to arrange a survey and provide a quote. Heat Pumps Aberdeen acts solely as an introducer. Any contract for installation work is entered into directly between you and the installer — Heat Pumps Aberdeen is not a party to that contract.

3. No Liability for Installation Work

Heat Pumps Aberdeen accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, timeliness or any other aspect of installation work carried out by partner installers. All installers in our network are MCS certified, but you should satisfy yourself as to their suitability before engaging them. Any disputes regarding installation work should be directed to the installer directly.

4. No Guarantee of Quotes or Availability

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that an installer will be available in your area, or that you will qualify for any particular grant or funding scheme. Grant eligibility is subject to the terms of the relevant Scottish Government scheme and is assessed independently.

5. Your Data

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to your contact details being passed to a partner installer for the purpose of arranging a survey and quote. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and store your personal data.
